Store Policies

Orders & Pickup

All orders placed online are packed and held at the store for pickup. Please allow us a short time to prepare your items. We recommend picking up your order within 24 hours to ensure freshness, especially for frozen goods.

Payments

We accept MoBanking transfers and Cash on Pickup.

For MoBanking: Please add the account details provided at checkout to your banking contacts.

  • Account Holder: The account is registered to Ernie Boland. Please use this name when setting up the transfer.
  • Reference: You may save the contact on your phone as 'Boland's Mini Mart' or 'Shop' for your own convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

Please check your goods thoroughly before leaving the store.

  • Perishable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on frozen meats, bread, or chilled items once they have left the premises.
  • Dry Goods: Unopened dry goods may be exchanged within 24 hours if there is an issue.

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and email are used strictly for order updates and receipts. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
